Fighting through Day five.

Memorial Day, and not your typical Monday. On a typical Monday I sleep later. That is because Sunday always takes a toll. Not complaining, mind you, it’s just that a typical Monday is a day of recovery.
When I say that this Monday morning got off to a slow start – that may sound typical. Truth is the fatigue I felt this morning was not typical, it was as if every movement took too much effort. The ache and the muscle weakness that one usually associates with over work or carbohydrate depletion. Also, the feeling of wellness has been overcome by a fogginess worthy of a day in San Francisco.  All that’s missing is the great seafood, sourdough bread, and the fog horns.
